
Cindy Krawchuk is the founder of Call the Consultant and has over 18 years of human resources (HR) experience.
After completing a masters in industrial psychology, Cindy set up and managed a human resources department in an organisation of 650 permanent employees.
This involved the complete HR system, including training and running of the payroll. Cindy has a special interest in labour relations and has a post-graduate diploma in labour law.
A social worker by trade, Cindy has a passion for people and for organisations, assisting organisations by simplifying their HR processes so they can focus on developing their business.

Karin Marais has over 14 years HR experience.
After completing a Hons in Labour Relations, Karin started her HR career as a recruitment consultant which is where her passion for working with people started. The majority of Karin’s career was however spent working for the United Nations in various HR and administrative roles.
Karin’s interest in industrial psychology was sparked and she completed a further Hons in Industrial Psychology. At the moment, Karin’s key skills and interests lie in putting policies and procedures in place, recruitment and the counselling and guiding both employers and employees will always be close to her heart.
